Dessert History

In high mountainous Ajara and Asian cuisines, name of the dessert "Boregi", is associated with the dance "Twist”.

The root of the Turkish word "Böregi" is "bir" which means "to twist" (to tie). So it turned out that "Twist" dancing was the inspiration to the creator cooks for making Boregi.
